1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Paganini Eventmarketing GmbH, Sudenburger Wuhne 29-30, 39112 Magdeburg, Germany, represented by the managing director Daniel Ziegler, phone +49 391 5418923, email info@paganini.tv.

2. Collection and storage of personal data

We host this website with Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit this website, Netlify automatically collects technical data transmitted by your browser (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser and operating system used). This data serves exclusively to provide and secure the website technically and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning web presence (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement exists with Netlify. As Netlify is based in the USA, personal data is also transferred to the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF); the transfer takes place on this basis (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). In case the DPF should be invalidated, the contract with Netlify provides the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) as the basis.

3. Contact

The phone and email links shown only open your own email or phone application; no data is transmitted to us or third parties in doing so. If you then contact us by email or phone, your details are stored by us to process the inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Via the inquiry form in the “Celebrate & Brunch” section you can send us a non-binding inquiry including your price calculation. The data you enter (for company inquiries the company name, as well as name, address, email, optionally phone, preferred date and message, and the calculation you selected) is stored to process your inquiry and prepare an individual offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). For the technical processing we use the “Netlify Forms” function of our hosting service Netlify, Inc. (see section 2 “Hosting”). Your form entries are automatically checked by the spam filter service Akismet of Automattic Inc. to detect and filter out spam submissions. For this purpose your entries, including email address and IP address, are transmitted to Automattic servers in the USA. Automattic acts as a sub-processor of Netlify. According to Automattic, the transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in an inquiry form that works and is free of spam and abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Providing your data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to process your inquiry: without the details in the fields not marked as “optional” we cannot prepare an offer for you. There is no automated decision-making including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

4. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your stored personal data, a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Sachsen-Anhalt), Otto-von-Guericke-Straße 34a, 39104 Magdeburg.

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). To do so, write to info@paganini.tv. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

5. Cookies and external links

This website does not set any cookies itself and does not store any information on your device. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts, images and the map display are hosted on our own web space at Netlify (see section 2); no data is transmitted to other providers such as Google for this.

External links: On the “Getting here” page we link to Google Maps (route planning) and to the copyright notice of OpenStreetMap. These services are only called up once you click the respective link. You then leave our website, and the privacy notices of the respective provider apply, over which we have no influence.

6. Storage period

We store personal data from inquiries (e.g. via the form in the “Celebrate & Brunch” section, by email or phone) for as long as this is necessary to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The data is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply; in that case we delete the data once the respective period has expired. The details submitted via the inquiry form are stored by Netlify until we delete them. We delete them once a year on December 31, so that no submission stays stored for longer than one calendar year; on request we also delete them earlier. We receive a copy of the inquiry by email and keep it only as long as necessary for processing and statutory retention obligations. Technical access data automatically collected by our hosting service (see section 2) is stored by Netlify only for as long as necessary for the operation and security of the website; according to Netlify, the storage period depends on the volume, nature and sensitivity of the data.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements. Version: October 2026.
